How do I play Neon Cascade?
Match neon tiles to clear them from the grid. Tiles cascade down to fill the gaps, which can trigger chain reactions and bigger combos. Complete each level's objective to progress and climb the leaderboard.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Neon Cascade signs you in anonymously and saves your progress automatically. You can play offline, and your progress syncs when you have a connection.
What are prisms, credits and energy?
These are in-game items. Prisms are power-ups you can place on the board to help clear tiles, credits are the in-game currency used in the Neon Shop, and energy lets you keep playing. You can earn them by playing or buy them in the Neon Shop.
What is the Neon Pass?
The Neon Pass is an optional purchase that unlocks extra rewards and perks. You can see exactly what it includes in the Neon Shop before buying.
How do I make a purchase or cancel one?
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. For any auto-renewing item, on iPhone open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and manage it there; on Android open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Consumable items such as credits, prisms and energy are delivered immediately and are generally not refundable.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For iOS purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, use the order history in the Play Store.
How do I delete my data?
To delete all data linked to your anonymous account, email us and include your anonymous player ID (shown in the game settings) so we can locate your data. We will confirm once everything is removed.
Do I need an account?
No. Neon Cascade signs you in anonymously. We never ask for your name, email address or a password. A display name is only needed if you choose to appear on the online leaderboard.
