Vondi Terms of Service

Vondi lets you photograph secondhand items. Artificial intelligence estimates the resale value and condition of the item and generates listing texts for European marketplaces such as Vinted, eBay, Marktplaats and Depop. Live market price data may be sourced from third-party services. The app uses an anonymous account created automatically on your device; no registration is required.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vondi for your own personal, non-commercial resale activities. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app or its backend.
• Abuse, overload or circumvent usage limits, rate limits or security measures.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or does not relate to the intended use of the app.
• Use the app to list or sell items that are illegal or prohibited by the marketplaces you sell on.

You are responsible for the photos you submit and for the listings you publish on any marketplace. Marketplace listings are subject to the terms of the relevant marketplace.

The free tier includes 3 scans per month. Vondi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available as a weekly or a yearly plan, and includes a fair-use limit of 500 scans per month. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Price estimates, condition assessments and generated listing texts are produced by artificial intelligence and are indicative only. They are not financial, professional or valuation advice. Actual resale prices depend on the market, timing, item condition and many other factors. We do not guarantee that any item will sell, or that it will sell at the estimated price. You should verify generated listing texts before publishing them.

We aim to keep Vondi available and accurate but provide the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoviByte Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on price estimates or generated content, from marketplace transactions, or from temporary unavailability of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using Vondi at any time by deleting the app and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
